These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lucidai.pro (the "Site") and any services, diagnostics, training, or consulting engagements delivered by Lucid AI (the "we", "us", or "our"). By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

About the Site

This Site presents information about Lucid AI's advisory, training, and automation services. The content here is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of specific business outcomes. Every consulting or training engagement is governed by its own written Statement of Work or Engagement Agreement.

The free diagnostic

Our Strategic Readiness Diagnostic (the "Diagnostic") is provided free of charge. The Lucid Brief generated from your submission is an automated, indicative output based on the answers you provide. The recommendations are starting points for conversation — they are not prescriptive advice, guaranteed outcomes, or a substitute for detailed scoping. By submitting the Diagnostic you confirm that:

• You are authorised to provide the information you submit
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You accept our Privacy Policy (lucidai.pro/privacy.html)

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, frameworks (DMAIC-based methodology, RCTF formula, programme architecture, brand marks, and visual design) — is the intellectual property of Lucid AI or its licensors. You may read, print, and share links to this Site. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content commercially without written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand identity without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or train third-party AI models on this content

The Strategic Readiness Brief generated for your submission is yours to keep, share internally, and reference — you may not resell it or represent its output as an external product.

Consulting, training, and automation engagements

All paid services — consulting, training, automation builds, retainers — are delivered under a separate Engagement Agreement (or Statement of Work) signed between you and Lucid AI. That agreement controls:

• Scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Fees, payment terms, and expenses
• Intellectual property ownership of custom deliverables
• Confidentiality
• Warranties and limitations of liability specific to that engagement
• Termination and dispute resolution

These Terms do not modify or override any signed Engagement Agreement.

Lucid Academy subscription

Lucid Academy is the learning product at lucidai.pro/learn. It is sold under these Terms.

• Pricing. The Academy subscription is $19.99/month or $149/year. Professional Certificates are one-time purchases ($199 / $249 / $349). Billed in advance through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Prices are in USD and may change with notice for new billing cycles.
• Cancellation. Cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for; partial periods are not refunded.
• Refunds. Certificate tracks and the Academy subscription come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — before you download: within 14 days of purchase, and provided you have not downloaded any premium resources (workbooks, templates, prompt libraries, toolkits, cheat-sheets, kits), we refund in full — email [email protected]. Because these are digital materials you keep permanently, once you download any premium asset that purchase is final and no longer eligible for a refund. Streaming the lessons does not affect your guarantee — only downloading the keepable premium files does. See our full refund policy.
• AI-generated content. Lesson text, examples, and quiz items in Lucid Academy are produced with help from large language models (primarily Anthropic Claude) and then reviewed by a human. We re-verify lessons against current Claude releases on an ongoing basis. We don't warrant any specific output Claude produces inside the sandbox during a lesson; you remain responsible for what you do with it.
• Account deletion. Email us from the account address and we delete everything within 7 days.

Disclaimers

This Site and the free Diagnostic are provided "as is". We make no warranty that:

• Any content or recommendation will produce specific business results
• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Diagnostic output is a substitute for detailed professional scoping

AI maturity, ROI estimates, programme recommendations, and timing ranges shown in the Brief are indicative benchmarks — real outcomes depend on your specific context and implementation quality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Lucid AI's total liability arising from your use of this Site or the free Diagnostic is limited to AED 1,000. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the relevant Engagement Agreement.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Third-party links and content

This Site may link to external sites (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, third-party documentation). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

Prohibited use

You may not use this Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system
• Violate any applicable law, including UAE cybercrime and data protection law
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send unsolicited commercial communication through our contact methods

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent material change. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai unless we agree in writing to arbitration.
